Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

We are pleased to provide a variety of shipping options based on your delivery location and product being purchased. Most items ship with no additional shipping charges to the 48 contiguous United States for delivery with 5 to 7 days from order placement. Some of our retailers may take longer to ship your order. When this is the case, the estimated shipping time will be listed on the Product Page. Additional shipping charges may be incurred based on the product being purchased, the shipping service and delivery address selected at checkout. Purchasing from multiple retailers in one order may result in multiple shipping charges. All orders are processed within 1-10 business days unless explicitly listed on the Product Page. In general, orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays. If our retailers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipment Issues Stolen Shipment If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email. If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at Luxetruc Support. We will work with the retailer(s) that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims. Lost Shipment If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email. If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at Luxetruc Support. We will work with the retailer(s) that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims. Damaged Shipment If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.  Please notify us at Luxetruc Support. We will work with the retailer(s) that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
