Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item with original tags, internal packaging and print out of return confirmation, then mail your return to the following address:

We have return warehouses which take care of customer returns. On the basis of warehouse capacity we decide on the address of return address.The Return should be sent to our warehouse whose address will be shared when return is approved. The address will also be mentioned on the return label provided by us.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

     ●     1. Submit a ticket for return and explain your reason for return. 2. If the return is approved, you will be sent a shipping label. 3. Pack all the things which came with packaging and ship it. 4. Wait for the package to be received and admitted. 5. After the return is reviewed the return processing will happen as per the condition of the item.If the items are returned damaged or used, they will not be returned as new items. Store would revalue them and then tell the value of the used/damaged item. The information after reviewing the returned item will be done. If its a used/damaged/misplaced parts/incomplete return, the information about the items will be informed to the customer. The customer will be given a choice to either keep the product or they will be offered a partial refund.
